Bad Breath... =(

Huhuhu.. Actually this problem can be found any where..

Either guy or girl, both have this problem and sometimes it is hard for them to realize that they are dealing with this problem. Let me share some informations about this disaster...

What is bad breath?

Bad breath sometimes called halitosis which mean that unpleasant odour of the breath. The smell sometimes makes you need to stop breathing if you need to talk to a person who have this problem. huh huh huh.. Try to breath back.. heee.. Actually if you realize that bad breath likely to be experienced by most adults. Yah, I realize that. And baby have the best breath I think.. Oh my, bad breath can have a significant impact in a person's social and professional life. This is a disaster if you have this problem especially if you need to have face to face conversation with people around you. In facebook? I dont think bad breath can ruin your life..

Possible causes of bad breath..

- Gum disease or gum bleeding, tooth decay, fermentation of food particles in mouth.

- Inadequate protein in digestion and improper diet also can get us into this problem.. So watch what you eat guys.

-For smoker, you have high potential to have this problems, check it fast..

How to overcome it???? How!!! Like this.. Read carefully ok..

1. Brush ur teeth 2 times minimum perday..

2. Floss my dear after you eat or rinse your mouth, believe me it help a lot.

3. If possible, have mouth spray in your pocket and remember to use it wisely.

4. And sometimes, Nutrition is the best way to help you...

Types of nutrition and their benefits:

1. Garlic: Natural antibiotic which can help to destroy foreign bacteria in mouth

2. Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids: Help to heal gum disease and preventing bleeding gums. It also can help rids excess mucus and toxin in body which can cause bad breath..

Gila sawan ke apa aku ni..

Malas melanda2 diriku ini.. Baru jer 3 hari pulun belajar. Hari ni dah malas tahap gaban dah.

Mencari cari dimana silapnya namun x dapat jawapan. Maybe coz aku rasa sedih kot.

Yela, aunt aku meninggal yesterday nite,

and I cannot say good bye to her because im in Perlis. Beribu batu jauhnya dari Miri. Waawawa.. Memori lama kembali bermain d pikiran and I almost menangis tadi time adik I bagitau.. I used to be her fav niece coz yela, selalu lawat dorang main kat rumah dorang, mandi d sungai ngan dorang. Dorang xda anak, so kiranya I ni penghibur dorang la if i p rumah dorang. Ingat lagi masa Gawai, asal p rumah dorang mesti kena bagi banyak gula2 n kuih tradisi yang sedap2.. Nyeh3.. Apa apa pun, kenangan hanya tinggal kenangan. Aku hanya mampu berdoa saja disini.

So, what now??

I pun x pasti nak buat apa.. Dari pagi tadi dok baca blog orang, chat dengan orang, tgk fb, dengar lagu yang sama berulang kali, main gitar lagu lagu jiwang karat.. Jiwa kacau siot. Nak nanges tapi cover kot, muka rock kapak mana blh nanges. Makkkkkk... Aku nak balik. Dah3... Behenti bersedih sekarang kena cari mood study balik. Cakap nak dapat dean list.. So kena FOCUS balik kat study..

nak lagi menaip ni. Macam best jer tulis apa aku nak. Nak cakap malas plak nak buka mulot ni.. Almaklumla ada lombong Emas 999 dlm mulot ni. Nak ke? Bagus untuk investment tau. Kalau nak bagitau k. Ok la.. Rasaya ada mood dah nak study ni.. Oyeah..

Lama siot..

Giler lama aku x update blog ni.. Aish busy sungguh aku ni.
Memang pun busy, banyak sangat aktiviti and kerja.
Exam, kuiz, assignment and kerja bisness aku.
Banyak perkara terjadi selama aku x mengupdate blog aku..
Yang penting adalah seperti aku ada "baby" baru nanti korang tgk, pastu aku ada bela hamster tapi dah mati kesejukan, ada dinner Besca and aku balik Miri 2 minggu time study week.
Aku tulis yang aku suka jer la. Yang x best aku x mao habaq la naa.

Saat dan ketika ini:
Aku busy dengan Final Exam yang bermula pada 22.November.2010 dan paper pembukaan adalah Operation Management. OM aku study sikit2 dah, adala nak cover part kira2 pasni. Tak terasa dah nak masuk sem 2 tahun 2. Wahhhhhh... Cepatnya masa berlalu, banyak sangat cuti kot.
Exam ni aku azam nak dapat dean list balik tebus kesilapan last sem and aku nak dapat Hadiah baik punya if dapat dean list. Nak tau apa, tunggu la next sem k. Aku mengidam barang ni sesangat.

Nak tulis banyak banyak tapi tunggu lepas exam k.
Banyak nak share ni. Ada hobi baru, discussion baru, orang baru, cerita baru dan macam2 yang baru. Hahaha..
Jum kita study. Before tu aku nak showoff "baby" baru aku. heee..
