Bukan Team Basketball a.k.a BTB

BTB is my basketball team when I was in Labuan Matriculation College (LMC). I was in LMC after finished my secondary school and before I continue my degree in University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). This team i mean BTB is the greatest team i ever had !! I mean it

.. We are more than a teammate because we take care of each other inside and outside the basketball court. We are like sisters. Owh before i forget, members of BTB are Priscilla (me), Ramona, Lina, Mariam, Didie, Comel (Emie), Dorothy Tan and Kathy.. Sakinah was actually in the team, but she was replaced by Didie because she get an offer from maktab perguruan. ^-^... Our coach was Mr. Anis (',') and Miss Farah as our manager and she was the person who is responsible to take care of us and find sponsor for our jersey, begs and shoes bag. Thanks alot also to LOFSA, our sponsor thanks a lot. I still use all of it and i really love them.

It was not as easy as ABC to be in this team. We have to show our best and our ability to perform our skills, stamina and mentality to our coach who is responsible to choose us. I still remember when we had our 1st fitness test. It was so hard and I feel pain all over the body especially my legs and my so called "6 packs" for a weeks.. I tried my best not to laugh because if i do laugh, Im sure i'll cry for the pain in my stomach. We had our practice at 4pm and ran around the court 10 rounds every evening and some times 2.4km on the LMC track. Hahaha.. I still remember our faces when our coach say that we have stamina test which we need to run 2.4km in less than 15 minutes. We were shivering, pale and our hands was so cold. But in the end we managed to do it, oh yeah. Dont ask me to do it now, because im sure i cant, i need to train for months to do it again. What important is, we were over tanned and Im sure we were the darkest basketballer players for girl team in the tournament.

Each of us have our own partner in the team. Comel ft Lina, Kath ft Didie, Yam ft Doe and Mona ft Pris, this was because we were paired up according to our role in the team. Wanna know bout our role?? ask me and them.. I really love to see comel n lina layup during fast break, Kath n Didie do their 2 n 3 point shots, Yam n Doe use their "power" to grab the ball n shot from under basket and sharp and fast pass from Ramona.. For me, we are perfect for each other, we understand each of our ability. Its not easy to have that kind of chemistry in the team, thanks to our Coach Anis for make it possible.

We were getting SILVER which we just lost 2 points or 1 shot to our opponent team. Our ending is the same like Coach Carter. Even thought we didnt get #1, but we are the best we can be. I still remember when our coach ran and shout from outside of the court untill some of others coaches say he is "Monkey" but for BTB he is our hero. He know how to set the game, who in and out. You great coach, wish I can be in your team again. We cried a lot after the final match.. Seriusly, we have no mood. We know we can win, but God knows what the best for us.

We usually practice with pressure from others lecturers and players. Sometime our fitness coach and other's team coach will provoke us and call us with animal name such as "ayam" (chiken), "udang" prawn and "sotong".. They also called us "sayur" when we are exhausted. We played basketball 40 minutes without time out or rest. Coach say we must run up and down as a team, it is to cover any mistakes made by the opponent or our own team mates.

Our coach do invite us to his house and having dinner because his wife cook mee jawa (if im not mistake) and we do eat like we never eat mee jawa before.. He played Coach Carter movie and we watch together. We realize

that coach use some of Coach Carter's words and motivation such as "Play your game, not their game"..

I write this post because I miss them a lot. Wanna hangout, chit chat, sleepover and ofcoz playing basketball with them again. Girls, my layup and my shoot getting poor now. Wawawa.. Never mention bout my stamina, I'm really outdated and expired already.. Need to workout like hell again in order to be like before. Thanks for the memories, I feel like I wanna cry while im writing this post.. Huhuhuhu.. Let make reunion girls..

My 2nd Amway National Convention

Wazzup wazzup?? Last week I was MIA for 4 days. Where am I going? With who? Why? Okay let me answer for the 3rd and 4th day. For the 2 days, I was in Kuala Lumpur for an event that I wait for months. As I wrote above as the title, I was attending Amway National Convention 2011 and the theme for this year is EMPOWERING YOU.

Summary for the event is.... We have famous malaysian singers s

uch as Sassy The Don, Stacy and 2 chinese guys (i forget their name)..

He was once a music composer. He has achived many "first" in Amway including becoming the 1st Crown and Crown Ambassador in Asia. That night he deliver his speech in his mother tongue language (I guess u guys know what language I mean) . We need to use our electronic devices that have radio transmission because his speech is translated in Malay, english, and Chinese language via radio (Live broadcast). I love his speech, just that the translator a lil bit slow but I understand it not easy to translate something that live and fast. He teach me that how important it is to say THANK YOU for what we have and what happen to us in our everyday life. "Time Rich, Friend Rich, Money Rich and most of all Rich at heart". I

2. Founders Diamond Direct Distributors Naruss & Samornsri Mahakkapong (Thailand)

Samornsri a.k.a Bobby was a finance specialist and Naruss was a flight attendant with Japan Airlines. They become fully Amway distributors from the 1st day they signup as Amway distributor. Their story catch my ears and heart because my soul is almost the same for what they had experience when they are in my age. Coach Carter, my fav movie ever!!

Coach Carter ni sebenarnya adalah movie dimana seorang coach berkulit hitam bernama Coach Carter telah mengambil cabaran untuk menjadi jurulatih kepada Richmon High school. Team Richmon adalah team yg terulung masa Coach tersebut menjadi salah seorang player namun semakin merundum dan terok semasa dia menerima tawaran untuk melatih mereka. Movie ni mempunyai watak yang mempunyai masalah peribadi yang berlainan dan ianya sebenarnya terjadi dalam kehidupan kita yang nyata. , Movie ni perghh, wa cakap sama lu best siot.. Bahasa sopan, saya nak bagitau movie ni best tau.. Terutama kepada peminat basketball dan orang yang berjiwa sentimental. kenapa jiwa sentimental? Kerana movie ni bukan setakat nak ajar macam mana nak main basketball dengan hebat dan mantap, tapi movie ni ajar tentang discipline, attitude, hardwork, friendship, teamwork and most important is RESPECT.

Apa erti kehidupan kita kalau kita x pandai nak hormat orang? Kita kena la belajar untuk hormat orang, kerana kalau la kita hormat orang yakin dan percayalah anda akan lebih disenangi dan dikenali dengan kebaikan. All you hear about you is good thing, no more tears from bad mouth. Orang hormat kita lebih baik daripada orang gerun kepada kita.. Untuk dihormati, kita kena la belajar untuk hormat orang. Dalam movie ni mengajar untuk menghormati orang yg lebih muda, lebih professional, kawan2 kita.. Dan paling penting hormati la pihak lawan kita, x kira mereka lebih kuat, setanding atau lemah dari kita. Biarlah pertandingan itu berlangsung dengan rasa puas hati dan saling senang menyenangi..

To build a really good and great team need lot of hard work.. Tengoklah macam mana Coach Carter berus dan latih pemain2 dia ni, how i hope i can be in their shoes too. Must be hard but really worth it. Dorang berlatih macam nak mati, kena tekan tubi beratus kali, suicide ( lari dalam court berulang kali ikut line n sentuh court) berpuluh2 kali, shooting and beberapa secret weapons yg mengunakan nama perempuan. Apa yang paling best adalah, dalam movie ni coach cakap apa yang penting adalah NEVER STOP RUNNING.. x kira apa jadi, dont stop and give up, but run and keep on trying.

Part paling saya suka adalah part last game, dorang kalah kat the strongest team. And dorang kalah tipis jer, nak tau setipis mana tengok la sendiri. Tapi coach dorang x marah, coach dorang bangga coz they keep on trying until the last moment and they are winner in their way of playing the game. Seriusly, walaupun dah tengok berkali kali movie n i, saya tetap berdebar tengok part dorang kalah. Nak tau kenapa?? next post i will share y, I have my own experience that is the same with the situation.

Movie ni juga mengetengahkan maksud sebenar STUDENT ATHLETES dimana STUDENT iaitu pelajar datang dahulu dan diikuti oleh atlit. So, maksudnya, walau apapun pelajar tu buat, pelajaran tetap didahulukan. Selalu orang cakap bahawa sesiapa yg join sukan ataupun aktif dalam aktiviti di sekolah or uni akan mendapat result yang teruk. Dorang kena paham bahawa walauapapun dorang buat, pastikan pelajaran tetap menjadi yang utama. Cikgu cikgu juga kena memainkan peranan yang penting, buat macam coach carter buat, kalau x dapat GPA 2.0 dia kena buang dari team. Isnt it cool?? That mean that the student will do whatever it takes to make sure that they still in the team.

Ok, what next to say?? Banyak sangat benda best dalam movie ni.. Kalau x tengok lagi sila la tengok ok.. X rugi 2 jam anda itu. Banyak kata2 motivasi dalam movie ni..

Nanti bakal saya cerita pulak my best team ever and my best coach i ever had. I miss my BTB team and coach anis. Bila lagi nak jumpa.. later i will post about us.. adios, enjoy the pictures...

Saya dah ada lesen!!

Ini adalah sambungan dengan post saya nak lesen.. Okay secara bangga dgn dagu dongak2 saya nak habaq mai, saya dah ada lesen P utk kereta.. Yeyeye.. ( Macam la hebat sangat, lesen P jer pun).. Ala, jgn pandang rendah kat orang lesen P la der, dulu hang pun mula dengan lesen P apa.. Ni emo coz teringat ada orang kutuk orang yg ada pelekat P kat kereta.. Dia cakap orang P ni bawa keta slow la, x reti la, macam siput la, lembab la.. Aikkk, nama pun Percubaan bukan Pertandingan, so mesti la dia berhati2 brother and sister. Nanti kalau dia kena merit dimerit, sapa naya?? Dia juga kan, bukan hang yg dok kutuk dia tuh. Hang takpa la, hang dah PROFESSIONAL, P juga mulanya.. Sukati hang la nak drive macam mana pun coz hang kena saman jer, lepas dapat surat saman, jangan lupa p bayar.. Ok enough with marah orang yg lupa daratan..

Nak cerita kisah nak ambil lesen P ni.. First time nak p ambik lesen ni macam2 dugaan terpaksa di harungi. 1st cobaan adalah tarikh nak exam 16.05.11 kena tukar ke 23.05.11 kerana penuh dgn booking.. JPJ banyak peminat, so saya kena tunggu turn saya.. Dah dapat tarikh tu dan2 plak geng kat UniMAP kena suh balik semua, x boleh stay kat hostel, so saya dok kalut p cari tempat nak stay pulak, nasib baik la kak Nissa a.k.a Kown ada geng yang ambik Master kat UniMAP, so saya pun berjanji nak stay kat sana. Make fren with Shida and Aida, thanks awak berdua.. Dugaan lain adalah kena ke sana guna bus, penat bukan main kepalang.. Tapi ku gagahi jua..

On the exam day, saya sangat NEBES.. Dup dap dup dap jantung ni tau x? Pikiran melayang2 and takut menguasai diri. Dah la lama tak drive, tetiba test plak.. Haha.. And the best thing is, saya orang num 3.. Yeay.. terawal diantara semua, macam siot. Giliran nak buat test litar, kaki bergetar2.. Start engine, nak naik bukit, brooommmm,, eeeetttt bhenti, ALAMAK tak sampai line plak, dalam keadaan cuak, saya dengan bongoknya mengangkat tangan nak minta turun balik.. Dan dan abang polis tu cakap "Habis dah, tak payah buat".. errkkk, hati ku luruh macam bunga musim luruh jatuh ke atas bumi.. Kuar and bertanya "Kenapa x boleh buat lagi??" abang JPJ pun cakap" Awak dah angkat tangan, lain kali jgn angkat kalau x habis lagi".. Aku dengan pasrah " Okay tuan.."... wawaawa.. Mood ilang terus nak buat lesen tuh.. Jiwa kacau, otak bercelaru. Then tunggu dengan tabah for exam jalan raya plak.

Turn exam jalan raya pun sampai, masuk2 jer dalam kereta kancil tu, aku tgk aku pnya examiner.. Mak aiiiii, comelnya dia... Naik cuak aku nak drive, pastu dapat la pulak laluan C yang pusing dataran tu.. Saya dah la latihan kat jalan tu 2 kali jer, ingat x ingat la aku jalan tu.. Then aku pun MULA memandu, ok pada mulanya.. selepas itu, tiba d satu simpang 3, yeah saya SALAH jalan... bravo, after a while, saya sedar dan bertanya.. "Sir, am I in the right way?? I think like Im wrong." Tuan Comel " Hurm, salah dah ni, xpa p pusing kat uturn".. Alamak, apa saya dah buat ni.. P la buat Uturn, dah dalam keadaan pasrah tu, aku pun lupa daratan.. Tekan minyak mcm nak p belumba, sekali tengok meter, ALAMAK dah nak 70km/h aku press minyak ni. perghhh, kena lagi..

Keluar dari kereta, mata berpinar2.. Dapat 15/20 jer, 1 mata lagi nak lulus.. Fine.. Kena repeat dua2.. Cis2... P la jumpa akak lesen tu, cakap nak buat retest untuk dua2.. Duit lagi, naya aku.. Dah la pokai, makin pokai aku ni.

Tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.......................... Tiba giliran untuk retest kereta iaitu pada 6.6.2011... Hehe, kali ni lebih bersedia dari segi mental and fizikal.. Yer la, sehari b4 tarikh tu, Suzie bagi saya drive kereta selama 3 jam and mendrif skali.. Best siot.. haha, thanks my sifuuu.. Lagi kredit to Shida coz bawa jalan2 kat jalan tempat nak test, membuatkan saya lebih ingat kat jalan2 tersebut.. And thanks again to Shida coz provide tempat tinggal, kenderaan and belanja makan. Jasa mu ku kenang.. Thanks Thanks Thanks.. Tibanya hari exam,..

Pagi tu p awal la Shida hantar.. Tapi malangnya saya dapat num 9 tapi secara keseluruhan num 39.. So, sangat2 lambat nak habis.. Masa nak test litar tu, saya dah cukup bersedia, press minyak sambil baca doa dannnnn tadaaa ngam2 tayar depan bhenti atas line.. Oyeah, then turun dengan lega.. Pastu buat parking and 3 penjuru.. Selamat saya dah mulut x henti2 cakap thanks to God and examiner.. Haha.. Lega siot, and bersemangat nak test jalan raya.. Di satu penjuru saya lihat sorang mamat hensem senyum2 kat saya n say congrats, dia cakap dia tengok masa saya buat test litar and dia cakap i make it perfectly, thanks to u Ismail... U r soo sweet.. LOL

Then test jalan raya, Ismail ada pesan, kalau dapat examiner yg muka tegang tu hati2. I pun dok doa xmao dapat dia.. Tup tup, saya dapat dia plak jadi examiner.. Wawawa.. Nebes la, tapi x senebes sebelum ni. So mula la drive mcm yg cikgu ajar.. Bawa pun 40km/h jer.. Tak jadi ngantuk coz dah tekad x mao balik Perlis nak retest, so kena buat betul2.. Bawa hati2 jalan pun ingat dah. Tapi sampai 1 simpang nak balik, saya salah lorong dan dia tegur.. Masa dia tegur saya dah ilang focus and salah masuk simpang.. dang!!! dia pun tegur mcm ni " Awak dah salah tadi, jangan la gelabah macam tu. Sepatutnya awak ikut lorong kiri. Ni awak dah salah lorong then nak balik lorong kiri, awak x blh terus tukar mcm ni.. Semua dah ok, ni jer yang spoil."... Dalam hati saya, " Alamak, bagila saya lulus cik abang"... Saya gigihkan diri juga bawa sampai garisan TAMAT.. Tunggu cik abang JPJ bagi slip tu kat saya,.. Mr.JPJ say " nah tandatangan kat sini".. B4 sign tu saya tgk la markah.. Yeay, LULUS.. Best2, sign cepat2 and say THANKS YOU sir..

Muka bersinar2, hati ku gumbira.. Yeay.. Dah habis cerita untuk hal lesen ni.. Dulu dah janji nak cerita, so saya cerita la.. haha.. Okay.. next post plak..

Nah tgk lesen yang ada muka budak2 ni.. Kena pakai selama 2 tahun.,. Harap2 JPJ x banyak soal masa buat roadblok n tgk lesen saya ni.. huhu

RESULT sem2

Walaweh.. Result for last sem is great for me.. I would like to thanks God for the bless, for my parents' blessing and support, Suzie for updating me with homeworks and assignments, Nissa for being a good sister for me, 21A members for being crazy n mysterious this sem, lecturers for the knowledge and others.. This sem i'm kinda mess up with lot of activities and my crazy plans. After all, i gain lot of knowledge from text books and real life.. Im not excited to tell bout the result, let me start it with what I love the most during this semester.

Remember what my target for last sem?? This is it..

1. Pointer >3.5 (amin, dapatlah ya..)

2. Dapat lesen kereta and motor.. Nak sangat2, n sangat2 memerlukan terutama time praktikal nanti...

3. Nak dapat idle weight.. (gambate)

4. Menabung dalam jumlah yang telah ditetapkan....

Okay.. 1st target is demmit, I didnt get it.. Nevermind try for next sem..

2nd target, I get my car license P already, but motor still L..

3rd, I failed again.. haha... now still on it..

4th, fail again, i used lot of money this sem.. Going all around the world maa..

Okey, now im doing my Incubator in Kulim Technology Park Corporation. No comment for this 1st month.. Im scared it will turn to be something else.. Hehe.. Dont worry, Im having fun with my friends.

So now I wanna tell bout my result.. I get PNG 3.13, drop again.. Wawawa.. And again, I get C+ this sem, but only 1. Hurmm.. I didnt get into dean list for this sem, sooo sad.. But I deserve this I think. I missed lot of classes this sem. Reason is for nothing.. Haha.. And I do sit in the back row.. I have to make changes in order to get on track back.. Need to get in dean list again, I dont wanna pay for the PTPTN.. Hahaha.. I have to pay 20k to PTPTN, better i get good result and use that money to open up my own business.. lalala..
